DECREE



The State Office for nuclear safety of 20 September. April 1998 on

ensuring nuclear safety and radiation protection at nuclear facilities

commissioning and operation of the pjich



State Office for nuclear safety shall be determined according to § 47 para. 7 to the

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS



§ 1

§ 5



Employees

§ 7

§ 8

§ 10



Limits and conditions for safe operation of a nuclear facility

§ 12

THE TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONDITIONS FOR SAFE OPERATION OF A NUCLEAR FACILITY



§ 14



The principle of operation of a nuclear facility

§ 15



Maintenance, tests and checks



(1) maintenance, tests and checks of all systems and equipment

in terms of nuclear safety shall be carried out in accordance with the operating regulations,

practices and programs and have such a technical level and the frequency to

accordance with a special regulation and with the project and that all activities

take place in accordance with the limits and conditions of safe operation.
