ensuring nuclear safety and radiation protection at nuclear facilities

INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS
§ 1

§ 5
Employees

§ 7

§ 8

§ 10
Limits and conditions for safe operation of a nuclear facility

§ 12

PART FOUR
THE TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL CONDITIONS FOR SAFE OPERATION OF A NUCLEAR FACILITY
§ 14
The principle of operation of a nuclear facility

§ 15
Maintenance, tests and checks
(1) maintenance, tests and checks of all systems and equipment
in terms of nuclear safety shall be carried out in accordance with the operating regulations,

accordance with a special regulation and with the project and that all activities
take place in accordance with the limits and conditions of safe operation.
