opening a national nature reserve and the determination of the boubín primeval forest
its closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 3 (b). (c))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll. and Act No 312/2008 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) the boubín primeval forest national nature reserve (hereinafter referred to as
"national nature reserve").
(2) the subject of the protection of natural forest stands are 5. up to 8. the growing
stages in the massif of Walking with the appearance of rare and endangered plant species
and fauna consisting of particularly sour, klenovými and crane
smrčinami (Piceetum acidophillum associations, Acereto-Piceetum humidum,
Piceetum saxatile, Sorbeto-Piceetum), acidic, lush and humid
Beech smrčinami (Association of Fageto-Piceetum mesotrophicum,
Fageto-Piceetum lapidosum acidophyllum, Fageto-Piceetum humidum
acerosum, Fageto-Piceetum acidophyllum), and klenosmrkovými, fresh and
wet pine bučinami (Association of Aceri-Piceeto-Fagetum lapidosum,
Piceeto-Fagetum deluvium acerosum, Piceeto-Fagetum mesotrophicum,
Piceeto-Fagetum fraxinosum humidum) with from part of the character of the
the original forest. The object of protection are also types of natural
habitats and species, for which other legislation ^ 1) announced
Significant European region of Šumava, and are situated on the territory of the national
the nature reserve.
§ 2
The definition of national nature reserve
National nature reserve is situated on the territory of the South Bohemia region in the
cadastral areas Včelná pod Boubín and Horní Vltavice. The boundaries of the
national nature reserve shall be closed with a geometric shape

§ 3
