The Attorney General of the United States issued the Decree of 19 December 2003. September 1991

No j. I/1 Leg. 18/91. No. 9/1991, establishing the district

the Prosecutor's Office for the netrestní things in the capital city of Prague.



The District Public Prosecutor's Office was established by the decree for the netrestní things in the main

the city of Prague for the performance of general supervision and responsibility in the občanskosoudním

proceedings before the courts and State obvodními notářstvími under section 1 and

section 3 of the Act on the public prosecutor's Office, as amended by the changes and additions throughout the territory

the city of Prague, with the powers of the District Prosecutor's Office.
