The Government ordered pursuant to section 123 of paragraph 1. 6 (a). e) and (f)) and article 129 paragraph. 2 of the Act

Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on salaries of employees in the

public service and administration, as amended by Decree-Law No 74/2009 Coll.,

Government Regulation No. 130/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 133/2009 Coll.,

Government Regulation No. 201/2009 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 381/2010 Coll.,

Government Regulation No. 44/2007 Coll. and Decree-Law No 448/2006, is amended

as follows:



1. In section 4, paragraph 4. 8 and 10, the number "5" is replaced by "8".



2. section 5, including the title reads as follows:



"§ 5



Salary plan



(1) employees a salary plan according to the pay scale

referred to in annex 1 to this regulation for the grade and salary

the degree to which it is included, unless otherwise further.



(2) an employee who is not listed in paragraphs 5 and 7, the provider

health services that is not listed in paragraph 4, it is for a salary

to this regulation, unless it is in paragraph 4 or 7 unless otherwise specified.



(6) an employee who is a doctor a social security body ^ 29),

doctor or dentist at the medical center of the Ministry of

the Interior of the Czech Republic and in the prison service of the Czech Republic, it is for the

the incremental fare according to the pay scale referred to in

Annex 6 to this regulation.



(7) an employee who is a doctor or dentist ^ 18 d) providing

health services for providers of health services, bed care or

emergency medical services provider for the salary plan

determined according to the pay scale specified in Appendix No. 7 to

3. § 6 including the title reads as follows:



"section 6



The special way of determining of salary



(1) an employer may determine the salary rate within the grade span

Annex No 6 is renumbered as annex 9.



7. in annex No 9 in the Group at the end of section 3.2. replaced by dot

the comma and the following paragraph 3.3., to read:

Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



(1) an employee who is not listed in section 6 of the Government Regulation No. 561/2006

Coll., in the version in force from 1 January. November 2014, and which has been determined by salary

plan within the range established for the lowest pay scales up to

the highest salary level of the appropriate grade and salary plan

as a result of this procedure is less than proportionally to its

eligible practices shall pay the fare determined to match the notional

degree by eligible practices.



(2) an employee who is not listed in section 6 of the Government Regulation No. 561/2006

Coll., in the version in force from 1 January. November 2014, and which has been determined by salary

plan within the range established for the lowest pay scales up to

the highest salary level of the appropriate grade and salary plan

as a result of this process is higher than would correspond to its

eligible practices shall be classified into the step, for which it is

fixed salary plan value. In this step
