adjusting the boundaries of the jurisdiction between the Ministry of the Interior and

the Ministry of national defense.



The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this

the Act:



§ 1.



In the scope of competence of the Ministry of the Interior shall determine matters relating to maintenance

contributions to the members of the persons called up for military service, and

weapons, as well as military and gendarmerie things taxes.



§ 2.



The Ministry of national defense is the responsibility of the Ministry of the Interior, in agreement with the

war operations, compensation for performance for military purposes, accommodation

§ 3.



This Act shall take effect on the date of its publication and shall apply also to the

decisions and measures taken by day 28. October, 1918. The implementation of its

the Minister of the Interior is in agreement with the Minister of national defence.
