The Ministry of culture of the Czech Republic published under section 123 paragraph. 2 and § 116

paragraph. 3 of the labour code, in agreement with the Federal Ministry of labour and

Social Affairs, the Ministry of finance, prices and wages of the Czech Republic and

Czech Trade Union Committee of workers of art, culture and

social organizations yield of 18 December May 1990 No. 414/1990-6/3

on the adjustment of the length of time that can be used in organizations controlled by the Ministry of

culture of the Czech Republic and in the organizations of the cultural sector managed

national committees provide workers compensatory time off for work

overtime.



The yield shall take effect on the date of its publication in the journal of laws. It can be used to
