The COMMUNICATION FROM the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that the exchange of notes dated June 25.
June and 3. and 22. July 1986 in Prague was negotiated agreement between the
the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the United States
America on the exports of certain textile products from the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the United States, which was
amended and renewed in the form of an exchange of notes.
The agreement for the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic entered into
into force on 22 October 2005. July 1986.
28 June 1999. May 1993 signed in Prague at the Memorial, which was to write with
effect from 1. January 1993 confirmed legal succession of the Czech
Republic to the rights and liabilities of the former Czech and Slovak Federal
States arising out of the agreement and its validity was extended until
May 31, 1995.
Memorial writing entered into force on 1 January 2000. June 1993.
