DECREE



of 17 May. December 2014,



amending Decree No. 518/2004 Coll., implementing Act No.

435/2004 Coll., on employment, as amended



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall be determined according to § 77 para. 1, § 78

paragraph. 12 and section 119a para. 8 of Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on employment, in the

amended by Act No. 382/2008 Coll. and Act No 367/2007 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 518/2004 Coll., implementing Act No. 435/2004 Coll., on

employment, as amended by Decree No 507/2005 Coll., Decree No. 452/2008

Coll. and Decree No. 390/2006, is amended as follows:



1. In section 8 paragraph 1. 1, letter a) is added:



"and increased administrative costs) in the amount of 7% of the average monthly wage in the

the national economy for first to third quarter of the previous

2. § 9 para. 1, letter a) is added:

3. In section 14a para. 1, letter a) is added:

4. in the section 31a paragraph 3 reads:



"(3) the contribution for the placement of jobseekers and his continuance in

employment for at least 6 months shall be payable within 30 calendar

days from the date on which the employment agency announced this fact to the County

Branch Office work. ".



5. in the § 31a, paragraph 4 shall be deleted.



The present paragraph 5 shall become paragraph 4.
