GOVERNMENT REGULATION

on the scope and the conditions of use of the funds of the State Fund

housing development to cover part of the interest on the mortgage loans

The Government ordered pursuant to section 9 of Act No. 211/2000 Coll. on the State Fund

housing development and amending Act No. 171/1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities

§ 1



(1) to support the construction or purchase of a flat-funded mortgage

Government Regulation No. 70/1998 Coll. and regulation of the Government No. 226/1999 Coll.

by analogy.



(3) a further condition for the partial payment of the allowance as interest

related to the payment of a mortgage loan for the period from 1 January 2002. January

2001 to the date of entry into force of this regulation is that the individual who had

at 31 December 2002. Subscribe to January 2001 treaty granting a contribution according to

Government Decree No. 244/1995 Coll., as amended.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
