Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



Article. (I)



Road traffic (Amendment) Act



Act No. 13/1997 Coll. on road traffic, as amended by Act No.

101/2000 Coll., Act No. 132/2000 Coll., Act No. 491/2001 Coll., Act No.

256/2002 Coll., Act No. 259/2002 Coll., Act No. 320/2002 Coll., Act No.

358/2003 Coll., Act No. 186/2004 Coll., Act No. 80/2006 Coll., Act No.

186/2006 Coll., Act No. 309/2006 Coll. and Act No 342/2006, is amended

as follows:



1. In section 18e (d)):



"d) commitment by the State to pass the zoning for the construction of the concessionaire

2. In section 18e letter e) is added:

3. § 25 paragraph 7 is added:

Article. (II)



Transitional provision



Holder of a valid permit for the location and operation of advertising equipment
