on the State bond program to cover part of the budgeted deficit

the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 2007



Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



§ 1



State bond program



(1) the purpose of the State is part of the debenture programme

the budgeted deficit of the State budget of the Czech Republic for the year 2007.



(2) the maximum extent of the State's bond program is 86 521

767 000 CZK.



(3) all the obligations resulting from this Government bond

the programme shall be paid not later than the end of 35 years from the date of acquisition

the effectiveness of this Act.



§ 2
