application forms for determining the allocation of emission allowances to operators

aircraft and to issue permits for greenhouse gas emissions



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 3 (1). 7 and § 13 para.

8 of law no 383/2012 Coll., on conditions for emission trading

emissions of greenhouse gases (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree incorporates the relevant provisions of the European Union ^ 1), at the same time

§ 2



Application forms for free allocation of emission allowances to operators

aircraft



(1) the model application form for the free allocation of emission allowances to the operator of

aircraft in accordance with § 13 para. 2 of the Act is set out in annex 1 to this

the Decree.



(2) the model application form for the free allocation of allowances from the Special

reserve pursuant to § 13 para. 5 of the Act the new aircraft operator pursuant to §

in article 13(3). 4 (b). and) of the Act is given in annex 2 to this Decree.



(3) the model application form for the free allocation of allowances from the Special

reserve pursuant to § 13 para. 5 of the Act pursuant to section 13 of the aircraft operator

paragraph. 4 (b). (b)) of the Act is set out in annex 3 to this notice.



(4) the Ministry of exposes the specimens of the forms referred to in paragraphs 1 to 3 in

electronic form.



§ 3



Application form for authorization to greenhouse gas



Pattern the form request for authorization to greenhouse gas

under section 3 of the Act is set out in annex 4 to this notice. The Ministry of

exposes the pattern the form in electronic format.
