DECREE



of 31 March 2004. in May 2006,



laying down the way income and means-tested

the applicant of the appointment of a lawyer the Czech Bar Chamber to provide

legal services free of charge or for a reduced fee



The Ministry of Justice shall, after prior approval of the United

Bar Association according to § 18 para. 3 of Act No. 85/1996 Coll., on advocacy,

as amended by law No 79/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



Czech Bar Association checks of the income and financial circumstances of the applicant for

appointment of a lawyer pursuant to section 18 of the Act on the basis of the applicant duly and truthfully

the completed Declaration, a specimen of which is given in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day following the date of its publication.
