The Ministry of health according to the provisions of section 10 of Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that on 20 April. March

2009 published by price decision 2/09-FAR, laying down a list of ATC

groups of medicines and foods for special medical purposes

not subject to the regulation of the prices of originator. The pricing decision is posted

in the journal of the Department of health amount 2/2009 of March 31. March

2009 and came into effect on 1 May 2004. April 2009.
