April Wagner and Michael about the design of the Interior Minister to cancel

generally binding decrees of the statutory city of Pilsen No. 17/2004,

the definition of public spaces, on which prohibits prostitution, and

generally binding decrees of the statutory city of Pilsen No. 3/2006,
