The agreement
between the Republic of the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Polish of the distribution files

This agreement has been negotiated:
The agreement
between the Republic of the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Polish of the distribution files
and the archives of the railway.
Article 1.
The Government of the Republic and the Government of the Republic of Poland shall undertake to
the soul each other without compensation all filing material relating to the
railways, if it is in their custody, according to the principles contained in
the provisions of articles 23, paragraph a), b), (d)), 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Treaty between the
the Czechoslovak Republic and the Republic of Poland on legal issues and
financial of 23 July. April 1925.
Article 2.
In accordance with the provisions of article 23, paragraph (d)), in article 1. the said Treaty,
provides that, under the same assumptions and conditions, such as material and records retention
the archive, which was established at the time of the date 1 January 1890 to June 10. August
1920, will be issued to each other all relevant priora, relating to
the railway authorities of the period from 1 July 2002. May 1848 until 31 December 2006. December
1889.
Article 3.
Both Contracting Parties shall require filling in these provisions of their general
Commissioners or representatives of them. The executive authorities of these Commissioners,

Article 4.
The provisions of article 30. the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and
Republic of Poland on legal and financial issues of 23 December 2003. April
1925 will be used for the distribution of reports by analogy of technical,
such as: schedules, skiz, photos, projects, maps, cross sections, operátů
odhadních, budgets, accounting, operátů with podnikatelstvími, technical
logs and other files with attachments, relating to the railway authorities,

Article 5.
Differences of opinion arising from the implementation of this agreement will be handled
the Commissioners General of both parties after the previous request

Article 6.
This agreement will come into scope of the thirtieth day following the exchange of instruments of ratification
of documents, which will be performed in Prague.
Drawn up in Warsaw on 8. February 1927 in two identical
original copies, each in the language of the Czechoslovak and Polish; both texts are
authentic.

Is announced, with the instruments of ratification, in accordance with article 6. of the agreement
were exchanged on 7 December. January 1928 in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in
Prague and this agreement under the provisions of that article shall become covered by
January 6. February 1928.
