This agreement has been negotiated:

between the Republic of the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Polish of the distribution files

and the archives of the railway.



Article 1.



The Government of the Republic and the Government of the Republic of Poland shall undertake to

the soul each other without compensation all filing material relating to the

railways, if it is in their custody, according to the principles contained in

the provisions of articles 23, paragraph a), b), (d)), 24, 25, 26, 27 and 28 of the Treaty between the

the Czechoslovak Republic and the Republic of Poland on legal issues and

Article 2.



In accordance with the provisions of article 23, paragraph (d)), in article 1. the said Treaty,

provides that, under the same assumptions and conditions, such as material and records retention

Article 3.

Article 4.



The provisions of article 30. the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and

Article 5.



Differences of opinion arising from the implementation of this agreement will be handled

Article 6.



This agreement will come into scope of the thirtieth day following the exchange of instruments of ratification

Drawn up in Warsaw on 8. February 1927 in two identical

original copies, each in the language of the Czechoslovak and Polish; both texts are

authentic.
