Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:
PART THE FIRST
Repeal of the law on public nonprofit constitutional health
devices
§ 1
Law No. 245/2006 Coll., on public nonprofit constitutional health
devices and amending certain acts, is hereby repealed.
§ 2
The proceedings initiated pursuant to Act No. 245/2006 Coll., which has not been lawfully
completed, with the effective date of this Act.

Amendment of the Act on health care to the people
§ 3
In section 12a of Act No. 20/1966 Coll., on the health care of the people, as amended by Act No.
245/2006 Coll. and Act No. 227/2009 Coll., including paragraph 11 comments
footnote No. 2d repealed.

Amendment of the Act on income taxes
§ 5
In section 17 of Act No. 586/1992 Coll., on income taxes, as amended by Act No.
259/1994 Coll., Act No. 492/2000 Coll., Act No. 248/2006 Coll. and act
No 188/2007 Coll., paragraph 5 shall be deleted.

Amendment of the Act on arbitration and the enforcement of arbitral awards
§ 6
In section 1 of the Act No. 216/1994, Coll., on arbitration proceedings and enforcement of arbitral
the findings, as amended by law No 245/2006 Coll., paragraph 2, including notes
footnote No. 1a is deleted and paragraph 1 shall be deleted.

In § 22 para. 1 of the law No. 89/1995 Coll., on State statistical service, in
amended by Act No. 359/1999 Coll., Act No. 408/2000 Coll., Act No.
562/2004 Coll., Act No. 340/2005 Coll., Act No. 230/2006 Coll., Act No.
245/2006 Coll. and Act No. 154/2009 Coll., the letter f) including notes
footnote 12 c is deleted.
Subparagraph g) and (h)) shall become points (f) and (g))).

Amendment to the law on budgetary rules local budgets
§ 8
In § 23 para. 1 of law no 250/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules
local budgets, as amended by Act No. 561/2004 Coll., Act No. 346/2005
Coll., Act No. 248/2006 Coll. and Act No. 477/2008 Coll., on the end of the
subparagraph (f)), the comma is replaced by a dot and the letter g) including notes below
footnote # 16 c shall be deleted.
PART EIGHT
Amendment of the Act on the protection of public health

section 99a Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amending
some related laws, as amended by Act No. 392/2005 Coll.,
including footnote # 59 repealed.

To change insolvency law
§ 10
In section 6 (1). 1 of law No 182/2006 Coll., on bankruptcy and the ways of its solution
(insolvency law), as amended by Act No. 296/2007 Coll., the letter g)
including the footnote 2a is repealed.

1. In § 109 paragraph. 3 at the end of subparagraph (d)) the following the word "or".
2. In § 109 paragraph. 3 at the end of paragraph (e)), the word "or" is deleted.
3. In § 109 paragraph. 3 (f)) including footnote # 41a
repealed.

Amendment of the Act No. 296/2007 Sb.
§ 12
In the law No. 296/2007 Coll., amending Act No. 182/2006 Coll.
bankruptcy and ways of its solution (insolvency law), as amended
regulations, and some of the laws in relation to its adoption, as amended by
Act No. 121/2008 Coll., Act No. 274/2008 Coll., Act No. 41/2009, Coll.,
Law No. 278/2009 Coll. and Act No. 281/2009 Coll., is part of the second placement
repealed.

Amendment of the Act No. 362/2007 Sb.
section 13 of the
Law No 362/2007 Coll., amending Act No. 262/2006 Coll., code
work, as amended, and other related laws,
part fifteen repealed.
PART THIRTEEN
Amendment of the Act No. 126/2008 Sb.
§ 14
In Act No. 126/2008 Coll., amending certain laws in relation to
the adoption of the law on the transformation of commercial companies and cooperatives, as amended by
Law No. 278/2009 Coll. and Act No. 281/2009 Coll., is part of the twenty-third
repealed.
PART OF THE FOURTEENTH
Amendment of the Act No. 306/2008 Sb.
§ 15
In Act No 312/2008 Coll., amending Act No 155/1995 Coll., on
Pension Insurance Act, as amended, law No 582/1991
Coll. on the Organization and implementation of social security, as amended by
amended, and certain other laws, as amended by Act No.
479/2008 Coll., is part of the twenty-ninth repealed.
PART FIFTEEN
Amendment of the Act No. 227/2009 Sb.
section 16 of the
In Act No 227/2009 Coll., amending certain laws in relation to
the adoption of the law on basic registers, as amended by Act No 291/2009
Coll., Act No. 306/2009 Coll., Act No. 101/2010 Coll., Act No. 159/2010
Coll. and Act No. 424/2010 Coll., shall be part of the one hundred and eighty-fourth shall be deleted.
PART OF THE SIXTEENTH
Amendment of the Act No 281/2009 Sb.
§ 17
In Act No 281/2009 Coll., amending certain laws in relation to
the adoption of the tax code, as amended by law No 153/2010 Coll., shall be part of the one hundred
1970s to the fifth repealed.
