The COMMUNICATION FROM the



Ministry of Foreign Affairs



Ministry of Foreign Affairs declares that on 15 December. July 1993 was in

Prague and Bratislava Agreement signed between the Government of the United Kingdom and

the Government of the Slovak Republic about the succession of Czech Republic and Slovakia

Republic to the intergovernmental agreements on the participation in the construction of Krivorožského

mining and úpravárenského and combine in Ukraine (KTUK) and on the settlement of

the obligations of the State budget of the Federation from this involvement.



The agreement on the basis of its article 10 entered into force upon signature.
