Ministry of Foreign Affairs



Ministry of Foreign Affairs says that 27 April 1994. March 1996

Prague agreement signed between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and

The Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic in addition to the indicative

commodity instruments. ^ 1)



The agreement on the basis of its article IV entered into force on signature.



The Czech version of the agreement shall be published at the same time.



The AGREEMENT



between the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Ministry of finance

The Slovak Republic, the addition of the indicative cargo Charter



Article. (I)



In accordance with the "agreement between the Government of the Czech Republic and the Government of the Slovak

States about next steps in clearing balances settlement accounts and

the balance of receivables and Payables of the bodies of the two republics, after

termination of the Credit Agreement between the Czech Republic and the Slovak

Republic of 4. February 1993 ", signed in Brno 14. December 1995,

in accordance with article I (2) 3, diplomats and Ministers of Finance of the Czech

and the Slovak Republic have agreed on an additional supplement

The indicative cargo Charter which is an integral part of the "Agreement"

the resort of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak Republic.



Article II



Tween the indicative cargo Charter will cover the financing of the

the final location of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic

Prague in Nerudova Street. It will represent the value of the Eur 180 million, of which

to cover the difference in the prices of buildings of embassies of the Czech Republic

Bratislava and the Slovak Republic in Prague will be allocated the amount of Eur 28.3

miles. The remaining amount of Eur 151.7 miles. will be spent on financing

Embassy's own reconstruction of the building of the Slovak Republic

Nerudova Street in Prague and the funding of other activities with this

the reconstruction of the United.



All supplies with the reconstruction the United will come essentially from

Czech subjects and will be of Czech origin.



Article. (III)



Indicative zbožová the Charter is supplemented as follows:

reconstruction of the building – sort of – Embassy of the Slovak Republic

in Prague, and the payment of the difference of the prices of the embassies of the Czech Republic

Article IV



This agreement will become valid on the day of its signature.



Done in Prague on 27. in March 1996, in two original copies, each

in the Czech and Slovak languages, both texts being equally authentic.
