1. In section 43, paragraph. 1 points), b) and (d)) shall be deleted.
The present subparagraph (c)) and e) shall become letters and) and (b)).
2. In section 86 (a). and the words "§), paragraph 43. 1 (a). and (b)),) and "are deleted.

The amendment of Act No. 238/2000 Coll., on the Fire Rescue Corps of the Czech
Republic and amending some laws

Article VI
Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service of members of security
