opening a national nature monuments, Rendez-vous and the determination of its
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
The definition of national nature monuments
(1) the national natural monument Rendez-vous (hereinafter referred to as
"natural monument").
(2) the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Southern Moravia region,
in the cadastral territory of Valtice. The boundaries of the national nature monuments
provides a closed geometrical shape with straight sides, which
vertices are specified by the coordinates of the uniform trigonometric networks
cadastral ^ 1). A list of the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape as
they go in a shape behind him, is given in annex 1 to this notice.
(3) the national nature protection zone is located on the territory of the
South Moravian region in the cadastral territory of Kerry. The boundaries of the protective
national natural monuments shall be concluded by the geometric
a shape with straight sides, whose vertices are specified by the coordinates of the
uniform cadastral trigonometric network ^ 1). Lists of coordinates of vertices

§ 2
Object of protection
The subject of the protection of the national natural monuments are

on the sand, and the Pannonian and community with a large population of Turkey oak
(Quercus cerris),
(b)) krátkostébelné meadows composed of communities acidofilních dry
lawns and acidified and bazifilní efemér and succulent vegetation,
c) shallow pond with makrofytní vegetation communities of shallow stagnant
waters,
d) rare and endangered species of plants, in particular the population of the species svízelka
piemontská (Cruciata pedemontana), including their habitats,
e) rare and endangered species of fungi, in particular the population of the species rezavec
Anderson (Inonotus andersonii) and South (Spongipellis plstnatec
litschaueri), including their habitats,
f) rare and endangered species of fauna, especially species of frog population
ostronosý (Rana arvalis), ant the floodplain (Liometopum microcephalum)
osmoderma eremita (Osmoderma eremita s.l.), cerambyx cerdo (beetles Cerambyx
cerdo) and Lucanus Cervus (Lucanus cervus), including their habitats.
§ 3
More protective conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national
natural monument

§ 4
