repealing Decree-Law No. 235/1998 Coll., laying down

the interim safeguard measure on imports of wheat originating in Hungary,

of the Republic of



The Government decrees referred to in article. 67 para. 1 of the Constitution of the United States:



§ 1



(1) of Decree-Law No. 235/1998 Coll., laying down interim

safeguard measure on imports of wheat, originating in the Republic of Hungary, the

repealed.



(2) for the period prior to the date of entry into force of this regulation,

the present regulations shall apply.



§ 2



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
