extending the period for submission of applications for the grant of

citizenship countrymen returning to their homeland.



The National Assembly of the Republic passed on this

the Act:



§ 1



The deadline for submission of applications for the granting of Czechoslovak nationality

According to § § 1 and 2 of Act No. 74/1946 Coll. on citizenship

the pilgrims returning to their homeland, which has been extended by law No.

107/1948 Coll., is hereby extended until 31 December 2006. December 1950.



§ 2



This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. January 1950; It does the Minister

the Interior, in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
