DECREE



of 13 October. may 2015,



amending the Decree of the Ministry of industry and trade no. 345/2002

Coll., laying down a gauge to a gauge and authentication

subject to approval, as amended



The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine in accordance with section 27 of Act No. 506/1990

Coll. on metrology, as amended by Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Act No. 137/2002

Coll. and Act No. 85/2015 Coll., to implement section 9 paragraph 1. 8 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No 345/2002 Coll., which provides for the gauge to a compulsory

authentication and gauges subject to type approval, as amended by Decree No.

65/2006 Coll., Decree No. 261/2007 Coll., Decree No. 204/2010 Coll. and

Decree No. 285/2006, is amended as follows:



1. in article 2, the following new paragraph 2a, which including the title reads as follows:



"§ 2a



Extension of the period of validity of the verification



Types of gauges that can extend the period of validity of the verification on the basis of

a positive outcome of the statistical sampling tests are laid down in

Annex. ".



2. In annex V, item (d)) sounds 1.3.9:



"d) solid water meters 6 years *)

*) Based on the positive outcome of the statistical sampling tests specified file vol.

water meters, water meters, validation of the file is extended by three years. ".



3. In annex V, point (e) under 1.3.9), the word "only" is deleted.



4. in annex V item 1.3.10 letter a) is added:



"a) membrane (including gas meters with temperature correction) 10 years *)

5. In annex V, item 4.1.2):

6. in annex V item 4.1.3) is added:

Article. (II)



Transitional provision



Verify the specified measuring instruments according to the existing legislation remains

in effect at the time at which this gauge was validated.

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. from 1 June 2015.
