Energy Regulatory Office in accordance with section 10, paragraph 1. 2 Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). e) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 5/2008 of 19 May. May 2008, amending the price

the energy regulatory authority decision No 11/2007, gas prices,

as amended the pricing decision.



According to § 17 para. 10 (a). (b)) of the Energy Act published an Energy

Regulatory Office price decisions in the energy regulatory bulletin from

on 21 February 2006. in May 2008, in the amount of 5. That date has become the price decision

the validity of. The effectiveness of price decision came into on January 1. June 2008.
