Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that, pursuant to section 17

paragraph. 6 (a). e) of Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and

the exercise of State administration in the energy sectors and amending certain

laws (Energy Act), as amended, issued price

decision No 1/2009 of 26 May. February 2009, amending the price

decision No. 11/2008, gas prices.



According to § 17 para. 10 (a). (b)) of the Energy Act published an Energy

Regulatory Office price decisions in the energy regulatory bulletin from

3 December 2004. March 2009, in the amount of 3. That date has become the price decision
