Article. (I).



To the fees of the medical experts in criminal proceedings laid down in paragraph 1 and 1.

up to 16. and (B) 1. up to 8. Department of regulation of 20 December. March 1901, from row.

# 34, is authorized for the period from 1. January to 31. December 1920 extraordinaire

surcharge pursuant to those provisions.



§ 1.



The supplement is, does not exceed the přiřknutý fee without the addition of 10 to 50

%, but if the fee is higher, 30%. If in this case amounted to

payment of additional fee less than 15 K, equal to that amount.



§ 2.



Extra allowances to diet and subsistence allowance (daily salary) of State

the Persians, as they were allowed ministerial regulations of 27 November.

§ 3.
