about the patterns of professional licence of the employee in the financial administration of the authority of the United

The Ministry of Finance shall determine according to § 16 para. 2 Act No 456/2010 Coll.,

on the financial management of the United States:



§ 1



The patterns of professional licence, which are



and the staff of the card) and polycarbonate



(b) the pattern of professional card) printed on ceninovém paper.



§ 2



Patterns of professional licence are set out in annexes 1 and 2 of this

the Decree.



§ 3



Business licence issued by the model of professional licence of polycarbonate and

business licence issued by the service based on the model of the card printed on

ceninovém paper in demonstrating the permissions are employees to

the powers of the authority of the financial administration of the Czech Republic substitutes.



§ 4



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2013.

Annex 1



The pattern of professional licence of polycarbonate



1. Description of

53.98 mm. Service card is secured with special locking elements.

a placeholder for an electronically printed signature of the Director General

"PUBLISHED BY THE GENERAL FINANCIAL DIRECTORATE". At the bottom center is shown
