The Constitutional Court decided on 8 June 1998. March 2007 in the plenary, consisting of the President of the

Paul Rychetského and the judges of the Court of Stanislav Duchoně, Bumpkin, Franz

Vlasta Formánkové, Vojena Güttlera, Paul Holländera, Ivana Janů,

Vladimir Crust, Dagmar Lastovecké, Jiří Mucha, Jan Jiří Musil,

Nykodýma, Miloslava Excellent, Eliška and Michaela Wagner of Židlické

Minister of the interior design Mgr. František Bublana on cancellation of generally binding

the Decree of the city of Kladno, no. 32/01, to ensure public order during the

provision of public activities and public production on the territory of

the city of Kladno,



as follows:



Generally binding Decree Kladno No. 32/01, about ensuring public

okay in the provision of public activities and the organisation of public

production on the territory of the city of Kenosha, is repealed on the date of publication of this award

in the collection of laws.
