which regulate the salaries of public servants, the financial guard.



On the basis of article 87(3)(c). X of the law of 7 July. October 1919, no. 541 Coll. and n., which

adjusting the ratios of civil servants, adapted the salaries of public servants

the financial guard, according to which they will be zařaděni to the pension checks (section

9, para. 2. the law of 12 June 2001. December 1919. 28 Coll. and n. and n. from

1920) and border guards in the financial (§ 9, II. Decree of

17 May. January 1920. 40 Coll. and n.) as follows:



§ 1.



Fixed emoluments of the active zřízenectva the financial Guard are:

§ 2.

§ 4.



In the basis for assessment of the pensijních benefit the financial guard is counted

50% of the local addition to the threshold of the appropriate degree.



§ 5.



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. September 1919 and follow his will
