Amendment of the Act on officials of territorial self-governing units



Article. (III)



Act No. 312/2002 Coll., on officials of territorial self-governing units and the

amendments to certain laws, is amended as follows:



1. In article 7 (2). 1 (b). (b)) after the word "ratio", the words "for a period of

an indefinite period ".



2. § 9 para. 2 (a). (c)), after the words "list of", the words "and

the order ".



3. in section 17(2). 5 the first sentence, the word "maximum" is replaced by

"at least".



4. In paragraph 40, the words "of the contract pursuant to § 29 para. 2 the second and third sentences, and

paragraph 3 shall be replaced by ' paragraph 29a. "

This Act shall take effect on the first day of the first month following
