In section 13 of Act No. 15/1998 Coll., on surveillance in the capital market and on the

amendments to other acts, as amended by Act No. 312/2002 Coll.,

Act No. 256/2004 Coll., Act No. 56/2006 Coll. and Act No. 57/2006 Coll.

at the end of paragraph 1, the period is replaced by a comma and the following letter u),

that including footnote # 20a:



"u) categories of institutions referred to in the standard funds ' statutes in

the meaning of the law governing collective investment ^ 20a).



20A) § 26 para. 1 (b). g) point 2 of Act No. 189/2004 Coll., on collective

investment as amended by law No 224/2006 Sb. ".
