Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 561/2006 Coll., on the minimum wage, the lowest levels

guaranteed wage, on the definition of difficult working environment and the amount of

payroll allowance for work in difficult working environment, as amended by

Decree-Law No 249/2007 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 452/2009 Coll.,

Government Decree No. 246/2012 Coll. and Decree-Law No 210/2013 Coll.,

be amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 2, the figure "50.60" is replaced by "55" and the number "8 500"

is replaced by ' 9 200 ".



2. in section 3, paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) the lowest level of guaranteed wage for a fixed weekly working time
