the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic

on the prohibition of the transfer of receivables and remittances from abroad into the territory of the Republic

Czechoslovak.



§ 1.



Private claims and any reimbursement, even those that originate from the

sale of securities carried out outside the territory of the Czech Republic,

must not be transferred to the territory of the Czech Republic, if the

the claim is due in the canopy. Transfers made against this prohibition

are neplatny.



§ 2.



This Regulation shall enter into force on the date of publication.
