DECREE



of 19 December 2003. March 2004,



amending Decree No. 22/1989 Coll., on safety and health

at work and the safety of operations in mining activities and in the activities

by using mining techniques in the underground, as amended



The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 5 para. 3 and § 6 para. 6 (a). and)

Act No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State

Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 22/1989 Coll., on safety and health at work and the

traffic safety in mining activities and in the activities carried out by the

using mining techniques in the underground, as amended by Decree No. 477/1991 Coll.,

Decree No. 340/1992 Coll., Decree No. 3/1994 Coll., Decree No. 54/1996

Coll., Act No. 111/1998 Coll., Decree No. 434/2000 Coll. and Decree No.

330/2002 is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, the word "establishes" the words "in accordance with the law

Of the European communities ^ 1b) ".



Footnote 1b) is added:



"1b) Council Directive 92/104/EEC on minimum requirements for improving the

safety and health protection of workers in surface and underground

the mining industry ".



2. In article 2 (2). 1 a) and (b)):

Article II
