DECREE



of 26 March. November 2012



on the determination of the content, form and manner of publication of information on the results of

the provision and delivery of basic services and the evaluation of the performance of the

quality parameters



Czech Telecommunication Office lays down pursuant to section 41 of the Act No. 29/2000 Coll., on the

postal services and on amendments to certain laws (the law on postal

services), as amended by Act No. 221/2009 Coll., to implement section 33 para. 4

(a). e) of the Act on postal services:



§ 1



The content and form of the publication of the information



The content and form of the publication of the results of the provision of information and

the provision of basic services, which is the holder of a postal license

obliged to annually publish pursuant to § 33 para. 4 (b). (e)) of the

postal services are set out in the annex to this Decree.



§ 2



The method of publication of the information



The postal license holder shall publish the information referred to in paragraph 1 in a manner

allowing remote access to its website, and

available in a simple way.



§ 3



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1, 2013.
