that takes away some of the municipal national committees in the region scope

the Building Authority and amended the scope of the circumference



§ 1



South Bohemian Regional Council of the National Committee in České Budějovice

According to § 9 para. 2 (a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on the building code with a

effect from 1. October 1965



(1) the building authority to withdraw the scope of these municipal national committees:

Bechyně, figure, Tábor district

Protivín, district of Písek



(2) lift the circumference of the scope of the municipalities listed in the Decree No. 6/1961

Coll. for these building authorities:

Trhové Sviny, district of České Budějovice

Týn nad Vltavou, district of České Budějovice



(3) changes to § 1 (1). 2 Decree No. 22/1957 Coll., section 1 of Decree No.

122/1961 Coll. and section 1 of Decree No. 6/1961 Coll.
