Article. (I)



Decree No. 428/2010 Coll., laying down the range of foreigners who may reside

in the transit area of an international airport in the Czech Republic

only on the basis of an issued an airport transit visa, as amended by

Decree No. 270/2011 Coll. and Decree No. 46/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. in the annex, paragraph 13 be deleted.



Items 14 to 31 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 13 to 30.



2. In the annex, at the end of point 29 of the comma is replaced by a dot and a point 30

repealed.
