Decree
the Federal Ministry of transport
of 15 November 2004. June 1976
about some of the measures for the implementation of the European Agreement concerning the work of crews
vehicles engaged in international road transport (AETR)
The Federal Ministry of transport determined in agreement with the participating
the central authorities according to § 10 para. 2 of law No 57/1950 Coll., on the adjustment of
business in road transport:
§ 1
This Ordinance applies to members of the crews of road vehicles in international
road transport carried out in accordance with the European Agreement concerning the work of crews of vehicles engaged
in international road transport – to the AETR (Geneva, 1970) (hereinafter referred to as
"The agreement").
§ 2
[to article 2, paragraph 2 (a)) and article. 3 (2). 2 of the agreement]
The provisions of the agreement shall also apply to
and) the Member or members of crews of road vehicles, who during the international
road transport will not leave the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist
Republic, which normally carry out their profession,
(b) international road freight transport) held the vehicle, which is
registered in a State which is not a Contracting Party to the agreement, and whose
permissible total weight is not more than 3.5 t,
(c)), international road transport performed by the vehicle registered in the Member State
that is not a Contracting Party to the agreement, and confined to the territory of the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic and on the territory of a neighbouring State which is not a Contracting
party to the agreement, even if the vehicle leaves the territory of the Czechoslovak
Socialist Republic of zone adjacent to the border, and defined as
the border zone or it's the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist
States only in transit.
§ 3
[to article 5, paragraph 1 (b)) The agreement]
Drivers in international road transport for vehicles with a total permissible laden
mass exceeding 7.5 t must complete at least 21. a year age.
§ 4
(on article 12, paragraph 7 of the agreement)
At each international carriage, the driver shall, or its
helper on the territory of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, personal
the control book. Replace personal control books by other documents is not
permissible.
§ 5
(points 6 and 7 of the annex to the agreement)
(1) personal control books issued in the territory of the Czechoslovak
the Socialist Republic recorded members of crew, the performance of their
profession in addition to driving times in the manner specified in section 6 (a). and annex)
The agreement; in day of the statement no sections 7a and 14a.
(2) for personal control books released in the territory of the Czechoslovak
the Socialist Republic provides that
and listed in the daily diagram) the statement will have two strips containing time
data from about 12 and from 12 to 24 hours,
(b) a statement of the day) will be conducted in a single copy,
c) any additional information or sections are not replenished,
(d)) in the weekly report posted in Ha and Hb merges in one section,
e) daily reports older than 14 days of personal control books
detached.
§ 6
This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
