antenna gain frequency range TV zone

------------- ------------------- ----------

3.5 dB 48.5-66 MHz.

------------- ------------------- ----------

7 174-230 MHz dB III.

------------- ------------------- ----------

10 dB 470-582 MHz (IV).

------------- ------------------- ----------

12 dB 582-862 MHz.

------------- ------------------- ----------

Receiving antenna must be connected to tv coax

low impedance matching cable attenuation and high-quality shielding.

2. evaluation of digital television signals (DVB-T)

2.1 television receiver

For subjective assessment of the quality of the signals of the digital earth

the television broadcast for the purposes of measurement, you can use the standard coverage

a television receiver that meets basic technical parameters

standard ČSN EN 62216-1.

2.2 receiving antenna

The receiving antenna for a subjective rating of the quality of the signal of the Earth

digital tv antenna with the characteristics referred to in point

1.2.

Annex 3

A subjective rating of the quality of the signal of the Earth tv

Subjective assessment of the quality of the signal analog tv broadcasts

is based on the measured values of the intensity and the detected interference.

A. the minimum signal analog tv broadcasts

1. for the purpose of measuring the coverage of the Earth's analog tv

the broadcast are the minimum intensity protected against interference and minimum

effort for the space without the interference of the following:

---------------------- -------------------

TV zone i. III. IV. IN.

---------------------- -------------------

Emin (dBmV/m) 48 55 65 70

---------------------- -------------------

Ebez interference (dBmV/m) 40 43 55 58

---------------------- -------------------

2. The Subjective assessment of the quality of the signal

When the subjective assessment of the quality of the Earth's analog signals

broadcasters shall take account of the vulnerability of this signal on the

degradation, depending to a large extent on the antenna gain (distance c/n) and

its directionality (interference, multipath signals, interference from

other high-frequency signals). For these reasons, must be used

antenna with a minimum of parameters according to § 1 (1). 1 (b). d) Admissions

antenna measuring Kit is the azimuth to the maximum intensity.

In the event that the signal is degraded by interference, the azimuth of the receiving

antenna to a minimum of interference. This observation is recorded in the form of

Notes to the tables of measured values.

For the subjective assessment of the quality of the signal, it's a five-

Reviews:

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

the degree of the quality evaluation of the degradation of the quality of

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

Q5 excellent unobservable

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

Q4 good observable, but non-intrusive

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

Q3 good slightly annoying

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

Q2 poor annoying

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

Q1 poor very annoying

------- --------------------- --------------------------------

The degree of interference is evaluated according to the following degrees:

-------------------------------------------

the degree of degradation of the quality of

interference

-------------------------------------------

R1 observable, but non-intrusive

-------------------------------------------

R2 slightly annoying

-------------------------------------------

R3 annoying and very annoying

-------------------------------------------

The degree of disturbance shall be supplemented by the following indication type of degradation:

----------------------------------------

0 reflections

----------------------------------------

w noise

----------------------------------------

and interference

----------------------------------------

(d) interference signal of digital television

----------------------------------------

p industrial interference

----------------------------------------

of distortion

----------------------------------------

n other degradation (write in notes)

----------------------------------------

For the overall assessment of the quality of the signal of the measuring point is based on the

the intensity and effects (degradation). The coherence between the degree of

a subjective assessment of the quality, intensity and interference is defined

in the following table:

-------- --------------------------------------------

the degree of intensity of interference

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q5 E > = Emin no interference

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q4 E > = Emin interference R1

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q3 E > = Emin interference R2

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q3 E = Ebez > interference no interference or R1

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q2 E > = Emin interference R3

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q2 E = Ebez > disturbance R2

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q2 E < Emin no interference, R1 or R2----------------------------------------------------Q1 E > = Ebez disturbance R3

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q1 E < Ebez disturbance R2

-------- --------------------------------------------

Q1 E < Ebez no < disturbance

-------- --------------------------------------------

(B). The minimum values of signal digital television broadcasting

1. for the purpose of measuring the Earth's digital tv coverage

broadcast shall apply minimum intensity values listed in section 5 (b). and)

of this order.

2. subjective quality evaluation For signal shall apply the following

3-tier rating:

---------------------------------------

Q1 quality poor, frequent outages,

receiver nezasynchronizuje

---------------------------------------

Q3 quality good, single instantaneous

failure (see text)

---------------------------------------

Q5 quality excellent, unobservable

defects in the quality of image and sound

---------------------------------------

Time monitoring the quality of video and audio on the program of the measured

Multiplex is a minimum of 3 minutes. In the case of an individual

mžikového failure it is necessary to focus on the findings of its resources (on the

increased error rate has the effect of low intensity, pulse or other interference

the high-frequency signal, etc.). When you record this phenomenon on more

points in the measured site without logical explanation of the low c/n apart

they must make a detailed analysis of the causes of the degradation of the digital signal

the television broadcast.

3. When assessing the quality of digital tv signal

According to the options used measuring devices measure one of the parameters

the defining quality of a decoded x.509 OFDM signal objectively.

3.1 Measurement error rate BER before the Viterbi decoder is carried out where the

measures the error rate streaming prior to correction, or for

Viterbi decoder, where the measured error rate after correction of isolated errors

in the data flow. For the purposes of measuring the quality of the digital signal

tv is usually measured BER for the Viterbi decoder, where

the reference value for trouble-free reception is BER < 02 E-04 Modulation error rate MER 3.2 is the parameter that comprehensively evaluates the quality of the received signal (peak modulation DVB-T signal error). Recommended value for trouble-free reception is MER > = 22 dB.
