The title of the Decree , the words ' and amending Decree No. 177/2000 Coll., implementing the Population Register Act, the Law on Identity Cards and the Act on Travel Documents, as amended "are deleted. 2. In section 1, at the end of paragraph 1, the sentence "procedure under the second sentence shall not apply if a report or requested personal identification numbers referred to it in paragraph 2 provided remote access via an electronic communications network, providing feedback and communication with outlet place.". 3.
