on the agreement between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Union of Soviet
Socialist Republics about the final settlement of property and financial
questions related to the unification of Ukraine with Ukrainian

Between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist

between the Czechoslovak Republic and the Union of Soviet Socialist

Article 1

Article 2
By entering into this Agreement are settled and mutually cease to exist between the parties

(c) claims of physical persons) of the Czechoslovak Republic against the legal
persons in Ukraine and the demands of physical persons the Transcarpathian
Ukraine to legal persons of the Czechoslovak Republic;
(d)) claims of legal persons of the Czechoslovak Republic, concerning the
immovable property, the Celtic heritage left on the territory of Transcarpathian Ukraine and claims
legal persons in Ukraine relating to immovable property,
Celtic heritage left in the territory of the Czechoslovak Republic.
Article 3
Union of Soviet Socialist Republics to achieve the full and final
the settlement will pay the Czechoslovak Republic the difference in the amounts of mutual
the entitlements referred to in article 1. of this agreement. These amounts were determined

Article 4
