the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic



of 18 May. February 1921,



promulgating the demise of a commitment to war operations and makes transitional

measures.



On the basis of § 2 of the Act of 26 July 1995. December 1912, no. 236., § 2

the Hungarian legal article LXVIII of 1912 and the Act of 15 December 1999. April

1920, no. 337 Coll. and n., ordering:



§ 1



Commitment to war operations under the Act of 26 July 1995. December 1912, no. 236

., and with regard to Slovakia and Carpathian Ruthenia, according to Hungarian

legal article LXVIII from 1912, with the exceptions of the following ends

on 28 March 2007. February 1921.



That date of expiry of the Imperial Decree of 18 March 2004. January 1916

§ 2



The measures, which were already on the basis of sections 19, 20 and 21 of the laws of war

action taken and not to the time of publication of this regulation be repealed,

remain on a temporary basis until his recall in effect. Military

§ 3



Legal relations arising from the measures referred to in paragraph 2 are also

and with regard to Slovakia and Carpathian Ruthenia by the Hungarian legal

Article LXVIII of 1912, as well as the relevant implementing regulations.

The period identified in section 33 to the said laws, these measures shall start on the date of

the actual withdrawal.



§ 4



This Regulation shall take effect on the date of its publication and performs is the Minister

national defence in consultation with the Minister of the Interior.
