The DECREE



of 27 June. November 2013



amending the Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 329/1997 Coll.,

implementing section 18 (a). and), d), (h)), i), (j)) and to Act No 110)/1997

Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and amending and supplementing

some related laws for starch and starch products,

pulses and oil seeds, as amended by Decree No. 418/2000 Sb.



The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 18, paragraph. 1 (a). and), b), (g)), and

h) Act No. 110/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs and tobacco products and

change and the addition of some related laws, as amended by Act No.

119/2000 Coll., Act No. 306/2000 Coll., Act No. 146/2002 Coll., Act No.

274/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll. and Act No. 120/2008 Coll.:



Article. (I)



This Decree was notified in accordance with the directive of the European Parliament

and Directive 98/34/EC of 22 December 2004. June 1998 on the procedure for the provision of information

in the field of technical standards and regulations and of rules on information

the company, in its up-to-date version.



Article. (II)



Decree of the Ministry of agriculture no. 329/1997 Coll., which implements section

18 (a). and), d), (h)), i), (j)) and to Act No 110)/1997 Coll. on foodstuffs

and tobacco products and amending and supplementing certain related

laws for starch and starch products, pulses, and oilseeds, in

the texts of Decree No. 418/2000 is amended as follows:



1. in the title and in the introductory sentence, the words "section 18 (a). and), d), (h)), i), (j)), and

k) "shall be replaced by the words" § 18 paragraph. 1 (a). and), b), (e)), f), (g) and (h))) ".



2. In section 3, paragraph 3. 1 introductory part of the provisions in section 7 (2). 1 introductory part

the provisions of § 11 (1), and in. 1 the introductory part, the words "special provisions

the Decree ^ 1) "shall be replaced by" Decree on the method of marking

food ^ 2) ".



Footnote 2 shall be added:



"2) Decree No 113/2005 Coll., on the way to the labelling and

tobacco products, as amended by later regulations. ".



Footnote 1 shall be deleted.



3. In section 3, paragraph 3. 3 the words "5% of the weight of chocolate, with chocolate

7. In section 12, the following paragraph 4 is added:



"(4) for use in the food industry can only use poppy seed

(Papaver somniferum l.) seed, linseed type derived from varieties

that contain max. 0.8% of the dry matter in morfinových capsules

(head gasket) and on the surface of the poppy-seed seed is not the content of the morfinových

alkaloids of greater than 25 mg/kg. ".

Article. (III)



The transitional provisions of the



Food labeled in accordance with Decree No. 329/1997 Coll., as amended effective

before the date of entry into force of this Decree, be placed into circulation

by 1. July 2014. Foods that have been put into circulation

before this date can be sold while stocks last.



Article. (IV)



The effectiveness of the



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. January 2014.
