GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 19 December 2003. December 2007,



amending Government Decree No. 621/2004 Coll., on providing premium

The Government ordered pursuant to section 8 of Act No. 198/1993 Coll., on the illegality of the

the Communist regime and on resistance against it:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No 622/2004 Coll., on the granting of a supplement to the pension to

alleviate some of the grievances caused by the Communist regime in the area of

social, as amended by Decree-Law No 405/2005 is amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 at the end of subparagraph (a)), the word "or" is deleted.



2. In article 1 (1). 1 at the end of subparagraph (b)) the following the word "or".



3. In article 1 (1). 1, point (b)) the following point (c)), which read as follows:



"(c)) after the persons who at the time of 25. February 1948 to 31. December 1989

died while trying to leave Czechoslovakia violent death caused by

State power, receiving widow's or widower's pension from the Czech

pension insurance, ".



4. In section 1 (1). 2, the first sentence is inserted after the phrase "entitled to a supplement to

7. In paragraph 2, at the end of paragraph 2 the following sentence "the supplement to the widower's

or a widow's pension shall be increased by 3 000 CZK per month, if the

8. In article 2 (2). 3, after the words "paragraph. 2 "the words" first sentence ".



9. In paragraph 2, at the end of paragraph 3 the following sentence "this surcharge is

increases about 2 400 CZK per month. ".



10. In section 2, paragraph 3, the following paragraph 4 is added:



"(4) a supplement to a pension payable pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 (b). (c)) and by

§ 1 (1). 3 shall be at the rate of $3,000 a month. The supplement to the pension

due under § 1 (1). 2 the second sentence is set at EUR 2 400 Czk

on a monthly basis. ".



Paragraphs 4 to 6 shall be renumbered as paragraphs 5 to 7.



11. In paragraph 2 (2). 6, the words "up to 3" shall be replaced by "up to 4" and the word

the "other" is replaced by the word "third".



12. in section 3, paragraph 3. 1 the second sentence, the words "paragraph. 6 "shall be replaced by" paragraph.

Article. (II)



Transitional provisions



1. the supplement to the pension to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime in the area of social, the grant of which was

entitled under Government Regulation No 622/2004 Coll., in the version in force from the date of

entry into force of this regulation, shall be on the basis of a written request from

payments of the pension to which this belongs at an additional cost, payable in a calendar

the month in which this regulation becomes effective.



2. the supplement to the pension to alleviate some of the grievances caused by

the Communist regime in the area of social increases according to the article. I, point 7

and 9 on the basis of a written application from the payments of the pension to which this
