Article. (I)

No 101/2013 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In section 5 (3). 1 at the end of the text of the letter g), the words "than
alcohol ^ ^ 46) (hereinafter referred to as "another addictive substance ')".
Footnote No 46 is added:
"46) Act No. 167/1998 Coll., on addictive substances and amending certain
other laws, as amended. ".
2. In article 5 (3). 2 (a). and the word "), the drink", the words "or other
a substance containing alcohol (hereinafter referred to as "alcoholic beverage") "and the word

3. In section 5 (3). 2 (b)):

14. In section 125c paragraph. 1 (a). (d)), the words ", although such examination
