about the protection zones of natural healing resources of the Spa places
Karlova Studánka
The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 46 para. 1 of Act No. 20/1966
Coll. on health care of the people, as amended by Act No. 548/1991:
§ 1
Introductory provisions
(1) to protect the natural medicinal resources of the Spa places Charles
Fountain shall be the protection 1. and 2. degree. ^ 1)
(2) a protection zone 1. the degree consists of the territory, on which are located the path
the output of the natural medicinal resources. The protection zone 2. the degree consists of
the territory of the zřídelní structure of mineral waters with the infiltration areas
the river Bílá Opava and bělské disorders in the Central basin of Opava.
(3) the position of the protection zone 1. the degree is marked on a map
in the scale 1:10 000, which is the annex No. 1 of this order. The position of the
the protection zone 2. the degree is marked on a map at a scale of 1:
50 000, which is the annex 2 of this order.
§ 2
The protection zone 1. the degree of

petroleum substances;
g) camp (tents, caravans, etc.) outside of the placeholders;
h) use chemical de-icing materials, which could cause
contamination of natural medicinal resources;
I) parking of motor vehicles excluding marked parking lot or
closed garage;
j) manage in the forests of special destination (6) ^) so that it could be
negatively affected the natural groundwater regime.
(2) in the protection zone 1. Grade 2) in violation of a binding opinion

§ 4
(1) maps of scale 1:50 000 and 1:10 000 with a marked protective
zone 1. and 2. grades are deposited with the municipality of Karlova Studánka
the district offices of Bruntál, Šumperk and Jeseník, Czech Mining Authority and
the Ministry of health.
(2) the plot over the boundaries of the protection zones in the cadastral maps ^ 9) is
stored on the Ministry of health, District Bruntál municipal office
the offices of the municipality of Karlova Studánka, Malá Morávka, Vrbno pod Pradědem, and
Light Mountain.
§ 5
Objects and activities have not yet operated on territories that make up the protective
zone 1. the degree of protection zone 2. degrees, it should be brought into line with
the provisions of § 2 (2). 1 (b). (b)) points 1 to 3 and article 3, paragraph 3. 1 (b). (b)) to the
two years after the entry into force of this Decree.
§ 6
This Decree shall take effect three months after the date of publication.
