§ 1
Military high school and faculty
Under section 86 (a). a) Law No 39/1980 Coll., on universities (hereinafter referred to as

(3) graduates from military colleges referred to in paragraph 2, the initial
study pursuant to § 41 para. 1 of the law on passing a State examination.

§ 2
Fields of study and the length of studies
Under section 86 (a). (b)) of the Act is in annex lays down the fields of study and the length of the
course of study for each of the fields of study in military high
schools.
§ 3
Shall be deleted;

§ 4
This Decree shall enter into force on 1 September 1983.
