DECREE



of 18 May. November 2002,



repealing Decree No. 51/1996 Coll., on conditions for storage,

storing and handling the black hunting dust, dust, smokeless

matches and ammunition



The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 86 para. 6 of Act No 288/1995 Coll., on

firearms and ammunition (the Firearms Act):



§ 1



Decree No 51/1996 Coll., on conditions for storage, storing and

treatment with black hunting dust, dust, and matches the characteristic

ammunition, is hereby repealed.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on 31 December. December 2002.
