The Ministry of health according to the provisions of section 10 of Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that on 12 June 2006. may

2008 published by price decision 2/08-FAR, establishing a list of

medical devices with regulated prices. The pricing decision is

published in the journal of the Department of health amount 3/2008 of the

May 30, 2008 and came into effect on 1 May 2004. June 2008.
